Periwinkles in Essex is one of Christians favourite restaurants - we went there this week for a company lunch courtesy of Scott (our contact for Primus Technologies that make all our products).
What’s particularly nice about Periwinkles at Christmas time is that their cooks make “food sculptures”, on display for diners to vote on (but not eat!) …
