We were predicted to have a blizzard today with 12-18″ of snow; it sounds pretty serious but so far it’s a bit of a let down round here!
We woke to windows spattered with snow and howling wind:
And outside there are definitely places where the snow comes up over my wellingtons - it took some effort to push my way out the front door for example:
But there are places with almost no snow at all - look at the top of the sundial:
Elsewhere there is some great wind sculpting of the snow round rocks, plants and cars:
