Cape Ann Food Pantry “Empty Bowl”

Just before our flight to Florida, I helped once again with the Cape Ann Food Pantry Empty Bowl - this year 800 people visited and, including donations prior to the event, over $18,000 was raised!
The Empty Bowl tries to educate people to the plight of the “food insecure”, encouraging a donation in return for a decorated empty bowl, and a meal of soup & bread. The bowls & created by local artisans and decorated by them, by the public, or by local celebraties.
